What are Lucky Draw Plus credits?
Credits are the currency you use in Lucky Draw Plus to do things.
You can buy or earn credits. Your credit balance goes up.
You can use credits to do things like run live draws and activate QR codes. Your credit balance goes down.
Lucky Draw Plus does not work on a subscription model. There is no monthly payment, and we do not store your card details, so there are no recurring payments. Buying credits on a pay-as-you go basis allows you to control your spend, and only buy exactly what you need, when you need it.
How do credits work?
We will get you started with 5 credits when you register free for Lucky Draw Plus.
You can buy more credits at any time using PayPal, to add to your balance of remaining credits.
Credits do not expire, and there is no time limit to use them in.
You can earn free credits by helping us to improve Lucky Draw Plus. These are also added to your credit balance.
Each one credit allows you to do one live draw (pick one random winner).
That one draw can have unlimited entries in it.
An email will be sent to you each time you do a live draw, detailing your remaining credits.
Test draws do not use up credits, and you can do an unlimited number of test draws free.
You can view a history of your payments, and download your invoices, in the Credits | Invoices page.
You can view a history of your draws (both live and test), and their winners, in the Results page.
Buy credits
Buy credits on the Credits | Buy page after logging in to Lucky Draw Plus.

The Buy now buttons will appear as soon as you do.
We use PayPal to process secure payments for us. Please make sure that the country listed in your Profile is filled in correctly, otherwise PayPal may not process your payment.
Your balance will be updated with the new credits immediately the payment goes through.
We do not have access to or store your PayPal credentials or any card details.
Invoices
An email with your new credit balance and your invoice will be sent to you as you make your payment.
You can also view a history of your payments, and download all invoices in the Credits | Invoices page.
Earn credits
There are various opportunities to earn free credits by helping us to improve or market Lucky Draw Plus, for example by completing a feedback survey or customer review.
These credits are added to your credit balance once earned, and can be used to run live draws.
